I was working with another agency who did help me with a funds transfer for a property purchase in Portugal but service was slow and the rate which they gave me for the first transfer was, I later learned, quite a bit higher. Once the funds reached my account and were converted, Jessie was also incredibly helpful in helping me transfer the funds onward, showing me how to do that once the exchange took place. I felt very empowered and in control and I also know I can call them for advice on currency trends whenever needed. I will continue to use them going forward for regular transfers. I highly recommend them.
