Manish graduated as a Food Scientist and then received a subsequent Masters in Retail Marketing This has helped him in various Leadership roles, from Food manufacturing, Food Retail, Furniture retail and the automative industries, having worked for National High Street brands and now in financial services has allowed Manish to bring a positive, proactive, leaner operation to Currencies4you.

Manish has a passion for developing and coaching individuals at all levels and is proud of introducing our apprenticeship program. As part of his ‘Giving back’ Manish is a School Governor which allows him to have an input into shaping and inspiring our future leaders!

We adapt our behaviours to meet these core values, and this gives him great satisfaction in the way we conduct our business.

Family means everything to Manish – this for him, comes above everything else! He loves to travel with his family and allows Manish to meet people and their lives, giving him a new perspective of life every time! Every day is a new learning day is his mantra.

1. The best piece of advice I’ve ever been given is – Do not procrastinate – get the job done!
2. What advice would you give a candidate who wants to join our team of superstars? Be open and honest! Never lose that feeling the day you got offered the job role and remember you can be who you want to be!
3. My favourite word in the English language is Clarity – make sure everyone is clear with what is needed.
4. What’s the most inspiring part of your job? Coaching and mentoring my team….to see the ‘light bulb’ moment gives me no greater satisfaction.
